Will my insurance cover ABA therapy?
Each insurance plan is different and must be thoroughly evaluated to determine whether or not coverage for Applied Behavior Analysis is provided. We are an in-network with many providers to include: Cigna, Aetna, Tricare, and BCBS, United Healthcare, Magellan, and others. At this time, Medicaid coverage in Texas does not include ABA therapy. Does my child have to have a formal autism diagnosis to get treatment?
Children are not required to have a diagnosis for treatment but do need a formal diagnosis in order to receive coverage from insurance providers.
How can you help me navigate public school, ARDs and IEPs?
Collaboration with the school is vital but can sometimes be overwhelming. That’s why we offer ARD meeting attendance and IEP reviews to all clients. We are available to attend any school meetings and can help teach you how to become a better advocate for your child.
